The A89U Adapter converts any VP89 End-Address Shotgun Condenser Microphone from the standard "single-barrel" configuration to a "double-barrel" configuration. Simply uncouple the VP89 barrel from the preamplifier and attach both to the adapter to reduce the microphone's footprint by up to 6" when space is at a premium.
