Lumens Unveils the New DC-W50 Wireless Document
Camera Base
FREMONT, CA, March 11, 2015 – Lumens™ Integration
Inc. today unveiled the new DC-W50 wireless base for the Ladibug™ DC125 Flyer HD
visualizer. The DC125 Flyer is intended for instructors who choose to teach in
a one to one learning environment. The instructor can visually share the
teaching material from any location in the classroom and onto the students’
tablets/laptops with the help of the wireless document camera and base. Students
sitting anywhere in the classroom can easily share their work or completed
project with their classmates without having to worry about any attached power
cords. The DC-W50 wireless base supports 2.4 GHz and 5GHz wireless transmission
and HDMI-out transmission simultaneously with a distance of up to 15 meters.
When the wireless base is fully charged, it can operate up to six hours.
The Ladibug DC125 Flyer HD wireless visualizer can
be used as an audio/video wireless streaming server enabling live images to be
viewed. The visualizer has an 8x digital zoom feature, 1080p wireless output
resolution with 30fps. The live image can be viewed up close to two inches. It
also comes with a LED head lamp, anti-theft Kensington lock and a joint free
gooseneck.
The Ladibug software and app is currently available
for the DC125 Flyer. A built in microphone allows for audio and video recording
and sharing through Lumens software. The software supports operating systems
such as Windows 8, 7, XP, Vista, Mac OSX, iPad iOS.
Availability:
The DC-W50 wireless base will be available in Q1
2015.
