Contacta's counter loop systems are designed to be installed on or near the counter or desk for customer service situations. It provides unobtrusive and continual assistance to hearing aid wearers. They system is ideal for use in high traffic areas: for example: reception counters, information desks, pharmacies, bank teller windows, retail cash registers, etc. The system is designed to remain 'ON' continuously. Hearing aid wearers do not have to request assistance: once inside the field of the hearing loop, they are automatically included as soon as they switch their hearing aid to the t-coil function. The only visible element of the system is the blue counter sign. This sign will inform hearing aid wearers that a loop is installed and available so they can fully participate in the conversation and/or transaction.
