Barco showcases advanced multi-modality imaging solutions at SIIM 2016

Barco will share its latest diagnostic display systems designed to help radiologists work more efficiently, diagnose with higher accuracy, and enjoy enhanced working comfort at this year’s SIIM annual conference. Check out the Coronis Uniti™ and more in the Barco booth #315-317 at the Oregon Convention Center from June 29 – July 1 in Portland, Oregon.

A new paradigm in multi-modality imaging

Leading a revolution in the reading room, the Coronis Uniti display system helps streamline workflow and boost diagnostic accuracy by delivering on the promise of “one display, any image.” Radiologists can read both PACS and mammography images on the same 12 MP display, viewing perfect color and grayscale, 2D and 3D, static and dynamic images to help facilitate a better, faster diagnosis.

Also on display at SIIM in the Barco booth #315-317:

Proven productivity gains with multi-modality imaging leader

The Coronis Fusion 6MP display system further builds on its reputation as the multi-modality workhorse, offering new features that increase radiologist productivity to help hospitals achieve higher ROI in their reading rooms.

Home office solutions deliver consistent image quality and performance

Thanks to excellent image consistency based on superior color accuracy, brightness and contrast, the Nio Color 2MP LED is the perfect match for radiologists’ home reading stations.

Visit the Radiology Workspace Hands-On Learning Laboratory

Clinicians are also invited to visit the Radiology Workspace Hands-On Learning Laboratory in the Science and Innovation Pavilion to provide feedback on how to improve the radiology reading workspace and reduce “burnout.” This demonstration models a study conducted at the University of Maryland and Saint Vincent Hospital, which is investigating how recent advances in software, monitors and ergonomics can re-invent the radiologist workspace to improve comfort and productivity.
